"Helen's many overseas teaching and lecturing trips and her Internet classes have secured her an enthusiastic following in the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and on the Continental mainland (France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy). Unlike many pure silk suppliers, True Embroideries/Fritillary silks (TESS) and other needlework supplies (specialist threads, Kreinik, DMC, etc.) are kept (where possible) in stock, ready for immediate worldwide despatch. We aim for a 48 hour turnaround - we know how frustrating it can be to be ready to stitch without the supplies!"
Availability ~ Hand Made Items
Everything at Fritillary is handmade or finished. If items are in stock, we aim to despatch within 48 hours of receiving your order, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. All items are despatched by first class post (within the UK) or airmail, unless otherwise specified. If you are not happy with any of the items supplied, we offer a full refund, provided goods are returned in perfect condition, as supplied, in their original packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Returns
Items received damaged must be notified within five days of receipt. We do not pay return postage charges.

For UK orders are despatched by First Class Royal Mail
For overseas orders are despatched by Airmail - typically goods reach USA within 5-7 days.
