This class expands to use of opus plumarium (feather work) to a new level - the faithful recreation of a bird itself. A chirpy little robin, surrounded by the harlequin flowers of a sweet pea, makes a charming study. Further exploration of stem stitch, snake stitch, and subtle colour blending enhance your understanding of these important techniques. A total of 18 “lessons”, including a recap on previous elements. This project makes an ideal “pair” to INTERMEDIATE I. “Click [Add to Basket] to register for class alone and remember to click to add your choice of silks and material pack.” |
